We are in need of an experienced and upbeat Philippine-based and home-based MARKETING ASSOCIATE to create, plan, and implement our marketing and advertising activities. For this role, you should understand the full internet marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior. Ultimately, you should help us achieve our business goals by building strong marketing campaigns.

You must help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content for our clients.

You must have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads.

You must have a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.

You must be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience.

  • Creates, promotes, and oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the company
  • Develops an annual marketing plan to meet agreed company target
  • Conducts market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
  • Communicates with clients to gain a vision of what the client wants
  • Evaluates customer research/feedback, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing actions as needed
  • Works closely with the CEO to gain insights and ensure successful launches of new services
  • Delivers all marketing activities within the agreed budget
  • Manages all aspects of production, receipt, and distribution
  • Achieves frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media
  • Identifies and coordinate with potential strategic partners
  • Creates PR materials for internal and external publications
  • Establishes and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
  • Manages website log-in page, FAQs, videos, announcements to ensure they are relevant to our current and prospective clients
  • Produces at least one high-quality and relevant article, infographic material, or video-based content related to the services of iPresence Digital Marketing, Inc.


  • Education: College graduate of a 4-year course in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-4 years experience in sales or marketing. Experience in advertising, strategic planning, events management, market research, and marketing management with a related company sector is an advantage
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding and experience of how talent acquisition for a digital marketing company works
  • Skills: Basic Photoshop, must be proficient in writing PR articles and fluent in English both verbal and written
  • The candidate’s internet connection’s speed must not be lower than 10 Mbps.
  • The candidate’s CPU capacity must not be lower than an Intel i3 or its equivalent.


  • Salary will be discussed.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for your tax obligations, SSS, Philhealth, PAGIBIG, etc. We won’t have an employer-employee relationship. You are self-employed.
  • Experience no traffic going to work.
