The year 2017 is full of firsts for iPresence Digital Marketing Inc. With its continuously growing family, the company was able to organize their first Business Strategic Planning on December 2 to 3, 2017.
On the second week of November, plans about the event started rolling out, and reports began piling in. The preparation took about two weeks to finalize everything from the venue to the program flow, travel schedules, and reports. The Business Strategic Planning will also be the first time for most of the iPresence Core Team to meet outside the virtual world.
Each of the members of the team is from different regions in the country. Some of them were from Baguio City, Ilocos Sur, and Metro Manila while one of the attendees is from Palawan. So, it seemed impossible to gather them in one place. iPresence Digital Marketing Inc, however, turned this fantasy into reality when everyone confirmed their attendance!
On December 2, 2017, all the leaders with their respective families met after a long, tiring travel as early as 7:00 a.m. The official business planning started after the chitchats and face-to-face introductions at around 9:00 a.m.
With about nine leaders including the CEO, the business planning accommodated the three departments – Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations Departments. Sir Jaycee’s wife and son were also present in support of the event. Along with the team were a group of hired official photographers and videographers for documentation.
Jaycee De Guzman, the founder and CEO, welcomed the participants with his warm remarks as he looked back to the history of the company. He also elaborated the core values of the iPresence Digital Marketing Inc.

The reports and analyses of the leaders per department with their exciting news, discussion of previous regulations, massive changes and developments in the processes, and year-end reports followed suit. Although it was the first Business Strategic Planning in the history of iPresence Digital Marketing Inc, the event was a success!
The company paid all the expenses even the individual fares and plane tickets with no exceptions. Although it was supposed-to-be merely about business planning, the married leaders were also given the privilege to bring their families with them. This is to promote the importance of family ties in everything they do amidst their hectic schedules.
The BSP was a gateway to strengthening the connection that the leaders built while working online. At the same time, it became the passage to a better working and personal experience with them.
The Farmhouse by EDL in Tarlac City served as their home for two days. The team spent the second day as a free day to mingle and to relax with their families. Sir Jaycee also declared December 4, 2017, the day after the 2-day BSP, as a special holiday for the Core Team.
2018 is, indeed, an exciting year for iPresence Digital Marketing Inc! The plans are already laid ahead, overall advancements are being implemented, and a better year is about to begin.
